星际译王，目前还是在 unstable 中：https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/stardict https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=stardict，这个页面说明的不能够进入 testing 的理由是有版权 bug：  https://bugs.debian.org/911207 我看了下 https://salsa.debian.org/debian/stardict.git 代码里面，确实是有两个 exe 文件： ./tools/src/DeKDic.exe ./tools/src/KSDrip.exe
