Hello Richard, Thank you for your email! I am sorry for I report this bug for you. I thoght it may not be problem with jigdo itself, because fgfs-base entry line is not in i386's jigdo.unpack file. But, I didn't know where I should report this bug, because there are many debian mailing lists.
