Which chipset? My controller is a Tekram DC390-U (I think, I'm at work atm),
and has a Symbios chipset, but doesn't boot the isolinux cd (as previously
documented).

?!?! If the wget package assumes you have a proxy on localhost:8080 and
doesn't work out-of-the-box, that's a bad wget bug. But I've never had
trouble with it
nder- could a wgetrc.conf file be put in that jigdo-easy dir to set this
up? If so, that could be done by the jigdo-easy script itself from a menu
option...

dy mirror and the loop problem
was gone. In fact, I encountered no serious problems during the install
system that I can remember, only problems getting packages configured. (e.g.
not loading the USB mouse driver so X wouldn't start, fun fun fun).

I could produce some if I had a package list (which presumably is faily easy
to work out), and upload the jigdo and template files to ntlworld.com or
something.

Which SCSI controller? CD1 recognised my Tekram DC390U controller, it just
didn't boot the CD from a SCSI CDROM drive :|

M ISO? I tried using
your .packages file as a "TASK" file for "make list" and ended up with an

but I won't admit to needing you
I'll never say that's true, not to you
able to just configure isolinux to look at a
different kernel. If you're not using an isolinux CD, then you need to pass
the rescue image to boot with to mkisofs (you need to specify various
options to mkisofs in any event, look for "boot" in the manpage: isolinux
needs -no-emul-boot, i
jigdo file.

Your heart has been ruptured and it will never heal
To get another heart you'll have to steal[le
he woody-mini-i386-1.raw file I make with a cut-down packages list is
161Mb. I'm not sure what you'd do to get it down to 50. Go axe-happy on the
package list though I guess :}

;s overkill. Especially since it has to cope
with installing different kernels on different CD's etc.. which is just
irrelevant for building small images. But I don't know any alternatives atm.
