now to do a jigdo download. Is it down? Any place on the web to get
a 'health update' of any of the *.debian.org servers?

The server with the US jigdo files
(http://us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r2/jigdo/)
seems to have been down for quite a few days. At least this is the only
server with these files mentioned on the "debian_on_cd" web page. Is
there an alternate location with these files?
