Guten Tag Alfie! The US Postal Service (USPS) does allow for package tracking, I think this is a red herring thrown out by Tux to cover their mistakes. Of course, you have to ask for it and it does require extra book keeping on your part, but they do allow for package tracking. Britt D. Burton.
