Hi,
In section 3.3.1, first sentence in woody Release Notes for i386
it is written that it should be an "upgrade/" directory on the
first CD_ROM in Debian 3.0 CD set. Is this true?
I can't find such a directory on the CD-image I downloaded
on Tuesday, 2002-03-12.

PS. I am
Dear sir,
I would like to download a cd image of Woody for PowerPC, as I cannot boot
from floppy on my powermac G3 (new world). I have been unable to find the
cd images on the debian site or any of it's mirrors! Is there a .iso image
of these cd's published on the web?
Regards

Howdy,
We just had a report on debian-boot of an unsuccessful CD
install due to a missing pppoeconf. It doesn't appear in
base-woody, though it presumably should.
Could base-woody be generated at CD-creation time, so that this
never happens again? If not, could you please regenerate it
now?

Woody is still not out, however there are unofficial images, you can get
yours from powerpc.trasno.net via rsync, http or ftp, if you want more
