Who creates the existing .disk/info file? I thought that was
debian-cd. The new files Eduard is talking about can be done in exactly
the same way, as far as I can tell.

Hello experts,
I hope someone can help me out with my problem: I downloaded a Debian
image using jigdo, and the image is good, I tested it by mounting it
with -t iso9660. However, it wouldn't boot off the CD I burned using
that image. I made sure that it's not the boot sequence using an old

Hello,
I have just released Jigsaw Download 0.6.4. jigdo is a scheme which
makes it possible to download Debian CD images from any regular Debian
FTP mirror, instead of getting them from one of the fewer and slower
CD image mirrors.
What's new?

Mostly, this is a bugfix release:

Hi all,
I am wondering if there is going to be a Debian Junior CD?
It would be very nice for those of us that want to promote Linux, and Debian in
particular, to be able to buy a CD containing all the ingredients for setting up a
computer that will be used strictly for Debian Junior packages.

Not that I know of, but the woody CD lets you pick a Debian Jr task at
install time.
