There have been big changes in the Hurd archive since the F2 images.
It is important that people run /cdrom/upgrade/initial.sh as soon as the
cdrom is mounted. This upgrades the tarball. There is a typo in
Cook-book.
/cdrom/upgrade/second.sh will install a series of important packages. I
