Ok, so I was able to install Debian 3.0 with kernel 2.4. Somehow the default
(aka safe) 2.2 installation fails with "debootstrap exited abnormally".

there are no ISO files of r2. I tried to find a jigdo files as a
replacement, but these are not available either.
Can you clear the case?
Is it related to the security problem which occurred recently?
