One minor thing, the template files have the wrong path in them, so the
template cant be automatically downloaded.
It has
Template=http://us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r0/jigdo/source/wood
y-src-DVD-1_NONUS.template
It should be
Template=http://cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r0/jigdo/d
