This is the last patch from the 'queries about CONF.sh and README'
thread last month.
This changes comments on CONF.sh, but *also* a config default change in

about the package.

debian-cd uses both foobar.log and log.bazbar for its logging output.
Although untested, this patch looks like it should move the two files
starting with log. so they end with .log.

Hi,
If your distribution isn't supported by debootstrap, debootstrap-required

lines like so:

Debian-cd (effectively) hard-codes the distribution name given in the cd
filenames.
This patch should expose the configuration setting used.
Thanks,

The descriptions for MAXISOS,MAXJIGDOS and MAXCDS are confusing. This
patch attempts to reduce/remove the confusion by clarifying what MAXCDS
is useful for.

Your making a fairly classic assumption:
That bandwidth is cheap everyware.
In Europe and the USA that may be the case, but its not universal.
Australia (1st world) has relatively expensive internet connectivity,
and Papua New Guinea (3rd world) has *very* expensive connectivity.
When your internet connection is 600mb of traffic a month (both
directions counted on that figure), you dont download isos from an
internet mirror if humanly posible.
