building the debian-cd image. If I do this and then rebuild the cd all
works fine.
Is there something that I'm missing in either my debian-cd call or my
building of the installer in the debian-installer tree?

Is there a way to use something like apt to pull down the latest
versions of the udebs needed to create a debian-cd? All the methods I've
seen so far either require you to build them all, or download an
existing ISO and copy them from that.

packages and in the right structure, just no installer, and it's not set
to boot.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Let me know if I should be posting to a different list as well.
