GLUT fails to import on Wayland (using EGL), but it works if you force
it to GLX:

the SSL. We already got
rid of all the SSL stuff by using the Mozilla SSL implementation.
Getting rid of this last openssl dependency will require significant
changes (reimplementation or feature removal).
There is talk upstream of getting rid of epoch's openssl usage; until
that happens I&#x
t's over now.
Cogito's been stalled pending negotiations with the GNU Interactive Tools
people to resolve a nasty file naming conflict. Things are starting
to move in their camp now and I hope to get modern cogito and git-core
packages pushed out soonish.
