The pyproject.toml of sqlmodel enforces a strictly less than dep on
sqlalchemy version 1.4.41 however the current version of sqlalchemy in unstable
is 1.4.45, and hence sqlmodel is unstallable.

It seems that dask.distributed's current version in unstable is
python3.11-incompatible, which is breaking a bunch

For the time being, I have vendored the relevant header files
from nthash in ntcard itseld and patched the buildsystem a bit to
pick those up.
Ans so, for now, ntcard would "build" (with a compromise) and so
I am downgrading the severity.
