I was hoping today's patches would solve what seemed like a related
problem: When Replying to or Forwarding some messages, the constructed
starter message does not contain any of the body of the source message.
I've attached an example.
The only log errors I'm seeing are these two:

Actually something in ufs/quota.h was causing a configure testcase --
for quota type -- to reach the wrong result ('file' instead of 'inode'
quotas; config.log excerpt below).
The configure testcase includes sys/types.h

I've got a number of emacs sessions running, all normally.
Today I cloned a GIT tree and went to explore the tree with emacs
in a text session terminal, and had emacs start using 100% CPU.
Emacs didn't respond to anything, but was killable in another
session.
