Actually, I'm wrong, it won't break socket recreation since the subdirectories
of /var/run/tmux and the socket themselves still have the correct ownership.

Ok, so here's what I got:
- as a user I cannot activate bluetooth any longer because Fn+F5
doesn't create an input event anymore (even if it doesn't matter
because you need to run hciconfig as root)
- as root hciconfig -a returns nothing if bluet
Here's some added info.
Due to bug #529929 and #529920, I had added this to ~/.subversion/servers:
http-library = serf
After removing that and downgrading libneon27-gnutls, this problem
went away.
Seems like there is some problem with the serf library.
