This is not a bug, it is because you have to #include
now that we used the headers officially exported by the linux tree, and
not linux-kernel-headers anymore.
Why doesn't the header include that file itself if it's always needed?

This FTBFS bug also occurs compiling the current version of coreutils from
sid. It seems futimens was recently added to the glibc headers, with a
different prototype, which is what's causing problems now.
