Hylafax 4.2.5-1 was using the package mime-codecs in order to
call /usr/bin/base64-encode when converting TIFF or PDF to attachments.
mime-codecs is no more in Debian, so in hylafax 4.2.5-3 I decided to
use /usr/bin/uuencode from sharutils, since it is capable of converting
to base64.

I investigated the issue. The problem is that dh_shlibdeps doesn't pick
up libltdl3 as a necessary dependancy (thus it isn't written in
shlibs:Depends by dh_gencontrol). This is because there's no
build-depends on libltdl3-dev, so there's no shlibs file for it.

rebuilt the package (essentially by adding -dbg to the package name in
