AIUI, this is in fact a bug that's shared between kernel-kbuild-2.6-3 and
kernel-image-2.6.8-s390; kernel-kbuild-2.6-3 is not in itself unusable, it's
just not usable with the official Debian kernel packages on s390 due to a

I tried to reproduce this bug, but couldn't find any problem during
upgrade from 4.3.0.dfsg.1-12.0.1 to 4.3.0.dfsg.1-13 on i386 anytime.
And the type of this bug looks be from user's environment or hit dpkg's
hidden problem..., not fro
