It turns out there is already an auto-reject for
source-only-upload-to-non-free-without-autobuild
You might have seen a rejection for that earlier today. That was due
to a bug in lintian which has now been fixed on the server so I
re-uploaded after

You could upload thawab yourself today [1] as long as you make sure to
do a full source-and-binaries upload. You won't be able to do a
source-only upload until you get confirmation that autobuild has been
turned on for thawab.
