I have applied the patch and built cqrlog on my amd64 system both in
testing and in a sid chroot.
I then installed it and ran all my usual functionality tests.
As far as I can tell the program works as expected so I have uploaded it.

As you are probablly already aware lazbuild is currently broken on arm
in sid (see bug 793991) and it looks like it may be some time before
it's fixed. In the meantime there are some cqrlog rc bugs that need
fixing in testing.
