This patch (swiped from fedora) fixes the original error, but either
causes or exposes a cmake error that I'm not smart enough to figure
out. New error is that configure decides there's a header called
"libc.h", which doesn't exist:
cd /home/brett/src/vxl-1.17.0.dfsg/ob
