as a temporary fix, i added the 'vgchange -ay' to
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/lvm2
as adding it to
/etc/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/vgscan

Running /usr on a separate raid partition is not recognized too.
Verified that on an other System:
