the same build failure happened in Ubuntu on i386 and amd64, the 2
"fastest" building architectures in Ubuntu. This leads me to believe
this is a race condition and, while full local builds always succeeded,
here is a way to reproduce:
After doing a full build, cd into
spand
Control: tag -1 + unreproducible
