ghex has been updated to 3.0, i.e. it was ported to GNOME 3 / GTK 3.
The soname of libgtkhex has changed, as mixing GTK 2 and GTK 3 libraries
in one process is not allowed.
The name of the dev package was changed from libgtkhex0-dev →
libgtk
