The bug is now fixed in sid and weezy.
Unfortunatly fixing bugs in squeeze is only possible in special cirmstances:

Hi Mark,
The skrooge package in Squeeze still have missing depend on
libqca2-plugin-ossl.
Please fix this issue for squeeze/stable users.
