Fixed after replace uuid as commented by Thomas Themel.

I had the same problem, and the workaround proposed by Thomas Themel worked
well.
About the upgrade of the network-menager-kde package:
It is not possible to download it for the amd64 architecture using a pakage
manager and the command
dpkg -i network-manager-kde_0.9~svn1054632-1_amd64.
