Package: nvidia-kernel-source
Severity: normal
I encountered the same problem trying to build this using module-assistant;
an unspecified failure occurs during the build of nvidia.ko.
I worked around it by removing the package, changing to a sid repository,
performing the module-assistant build,
I can confirm this on my system with Debian Squeeze and the
2.6.30-2-amd64 kernel. Is there a work around, or are we just waiting
for the drivers in Sid to stabilize before they can be pushed down to
Squeeze?
Thanks,
Kevin

Unfortunately, this version is not new enough to build against 2.6.30.
