A third patch, this time with a complete changelog entry. I have
uploaded with a delay of 1 in case you want to avoid the switch to
Python 2.5 (upstream claims to support it and non-i386 users haven't
reported problems, so I suspect it's OK) or give it some sanity testing
before it hits unstable.
The previous patch was not quite right; this one is tried and tested.
