You should check whether sun-java6-jdk should really be in
Build-Depends-Indep or (as Julian suggests) try and build the package

It seems you don't have only a JRE ( Java Runtime Edition ) installed ( it
don't provide the javac compiler ).
While you need to have a JDK ( Java Development Kit ) to build java
