I can reproduce this like so:
$ sudo apt-get build-dep cl-geodesics
$ apt-get source cl-geodesics
$ cd cl-geodesics-20010214
$ dpkg-buildpackage -B -rfakeroot

Can you describe how you build this package? I've tried to reproduce the
problem with "debuild binary-indep", but it nor "debuild binary-arch"
produce the problem.
