Ok, you are right!
It should be possible to run the two application in
parallel (i.e. one for kernel and the other for other
projects), but I think it is very rare (or maybe only
theoretical).
So now I will change the dependences, so that they conflicts.

Since lxr and lxr-cvs both install genxref to /usr/bin, they can no
longer both be installed at once. If having them both installed at the
same time doesn't make sense, then they should conflict or something.
