The bug is present in the migration from 2012.1~e3-3 (testing) to
2012.1~rc1-2 (sid). The scripts that produce this bug has been
corrected in the last versions. Once 2012.1~rc1-2 promotes to testing,
this will be fixed. I don't know if we should do something
meanwhile...

this problem was introduced in 2012.1~e3 versions where postinst
script modified the conf file. In the ~e4 series this issue has been
fixed. We'll leave this bug open while 2012.1~e3 version is still in
testing.
