Hello, I'm in the process of upgrading more servers to Debian 9,
and repatedly hitting this bug. I think it is serious enough to be fixed
in stable, as well. Please backport at least the small fix mentioned
above, and release as stable update.

Hello Salvatore,
I'm sorry. I missed the announcement, as it was filtered into another folder of
my mailbox... I was confused by the brevity of the previous email, which said
just that the bug was closed, without further details.
I should not answer emails on Friday night... Sorry once more

Why are you closing this bug? The fix is not yet available in package
repositories...

Dear Maintainer,
This is a followup to archived bug #860225.
Although
https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2017-3139 states that
debian is not affected by CVE-
step

additional options) if minissdpd should also listen for IPv6 (see

without numa=off.
Thanks for preparing the fixed version.
As a prevention I have installed the fixed kernel also on HP ProLiant DL380
Gen9, but did not dare yet to reboot that one as it is the production box.

Hello,
this bug should be reopened, because bug 47 fixes only testnig and
not stable. I think the severity of this bug is high enough to be fixed
in proposed-updates and in the next point release of Etch.

I've seen such bug on nvidia cards with nvidia proprietary driver.
With vesa/nv everything was okay.
