Instead of the wterm-ml binary, the wterm-ml package contains kwterm
(Kanji), cwterm (Big5 Chinese) and gwterm (Greek). Because the
functionality differs on all of these applications, it is IMO better
to provide menu entries for all three

This FTBFS is reproducible on i386 with GCC 4.0, too. It is not AMD64
specific. I can also confirm the patch working, it adjusts the
prototypes of three functions to their real definitions.

clanbomber, has been rebuilt on all architectures. Clanbomber is
therefore ready to undergo the C++ transition.

amSynth has to wait for GTKmm to be built on arm. GTKmm has built on
all other architectures, and if it is complete a mere rebuild with the
libjack0.100.0-dev build dependency should suffice.
