I have installed the 168-1 and it broke my X input.
I did not have /run directory but it was still broken.
I have downgrade to 161-1 following babilen i cthuluh guides this packages:
libgudev-1.0-0_161-1_amd64.deb libudev0_161-1_amd64.deb udev_161-1_amd64.deb
And that fixed the problem for me

I confirm its fixed. I updated the library
libxml2-dev [2.7.4.dfsg-1 (now) -> 2.7.4.dfsg-2 (unstable)]
It do not crash now.
