cinga regards will introduce a new agent, based on the
(already in dev) existing icinga2 message protocol (native v4/v6, x509,
compression). but it's not yet implemented as it's planned for a later
milestone this year.

lib/phing/classes/phing/tasks/ext/jsmin/JsMin.php includes th
pstream. SuSe
packages are the only known pkg source using those scripts, even the
repoforge rpms do not use those scripts (therefore the
README.RHEL.idoutils fix by me). so this might still be an issue, but
only for those manually invoking such scripts from the examples.
