I'm afraid that the NMU does not do the right thing. The bug report
stated
Please replace the Build-Depends on gs-common to a Build-Depends on
ghostscript.
The NMU drops the build dependency.

The missing dependency on libopensync0 is due to a name change for
the packages built from the opensync source package (1). Replacing it
with libopensync1exp7 should do the trick.
