I have started interaggreagate to reproduce the problem again.
It seems to me that it is related to compiz: If compiz doesn't run,
everything is fine.
But with compiz there are also other screensavers which cause the
problem, e.g. whirlwindwar

I have now downgraded libmailtoolsperl to 1.74-1 from stable.
With this version my mail-system works as before.
So it is sure, that the problem was caused by this package!
