Running Debian sid, it is not possible to launch puddletag

After apt update; apt dist-upgrade ; doesn't advance because this bug,
I tried to use apt-get to remove broken packages, but I was not able
to know how apt-get could solve this issue (holding/purging or
rollbacking *wine* packages)
I had to use aptitude gui to remove :
libwine-development

I had to comment
on /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs2
with it, the module won't load.
I don't known if it is a otrs2 bug or should go to another package.
