to setup a system mail account. When mail-notification try to detect the
account type the program crash. If I delete the system mail account setup,
mail-notification can back to work.

After a upgrade amsn fails to load with the error message:
Loading TKCximage failed. This
module is needed to run aMSN.
Please compile amsn first,

Trying another tactic, can you add this to /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://people.debian.org/~lamont/postfix /
And see if postfix-2.3.7-3~0 fixes the issue for you?
thanks,

I just tried upgrading to 2.3.7-2 and it failed in the exact way described
in bug #410871. Try to downgrade but
The totem-mozila version was 2.16.4-2. /usr/lib/firefox was a symbolic
link to iceweasel directory.

Which version of totem-mozilla was installed at the time this upgrade
was attempted? Was /usr/lib/firefox a directory or a symbolic link?
I've solved the problem unninstalling the packages flashplugin-nonfree
totem-mozilla and sun-java5-plugin. After this upgrade the iceweasel and
installing again flashplugin-nonfree totem-mozilla and sun-java5-plugin. Now
all is working.
