I think I understood what the problem is:
a.) 2.2.11 (using 0.14) works when you erase the user folder
b.) 2.4.11 (using 0.14) also works when you erase the use

I'm using a squeeze distro with no upgrades from wheezy, sid, etc.
qBittorrent's dependencies are exactly the same on wheezy than on
squeeze. So, I updated the package but now 2.4.11-1 uses 100% CPU
constantly.
