I'm having the same issue. Since JOSM has this dependency constraint
libmetadata-extractor-java : Breaks: josm (< 0.0.svn6687) but
0.0.svn6502+dfsg3-1 is to be installed.
josm : Depends: libmetadata-extractor-java (< 2.4.0) but 2.6.4-2 is to be
installed.
I installed libmetadata-extractor-
I applied this patch
