Everything is fine again since the last geoclue-2 update. Redshift works like a charm. Thank you !

Bug#900936: Appeared in testing with the last version of geoclue-2.0

I run Debian Testing on my computer and before geoclue-2.0 upgrade on 2018-08-17, Redshift worked perfectly fine with geoclue in version 2.4.7. Now, everytime Redshift is launched, I have the following error : "Unable to start GeoClue client: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied
