Why is there a mismatch between stable and unstable for libgl1-mesa-glx?

I have prepared an NMU based on the patch provided by Agustín that fixes
the FTBFS for hplip. Attaching here the debdiff for that NMU.
I am uploading the fix to the 2-DAY delayed queue, and will also provide
a merge request on Salsa.
