Hi all,
now that it is trivial to make a container image containing cluster3
from previous releases, and as cluster3's merit is now historical, how
about we remove the package from the next releases? As we see here,

It looks like this is a result of defaulting to rules-requires-root: no
(was that change in your rebuild?)
