I have gone to the bother of converting bind2csv2.py to be a python2 and
python3 polyglot. Keep in mind that this script does not work with a good
number of real-world BIND zonefiles: But it will now run in python3 the
same way it runs in python2 (converting a strict subset of BIND zone files).
