Hi, as far as I can see the fact that bcftools is missing on i386 leads to a missing python-pysam and thus mapdamage can not migrate. Would you please mind updating bcftools or do any action as you wrote in your last message to enable fixing this chain of dependencies? Kind regards Andrea
