I'm pretty sure this bug is simply due to misuse of auto_ptr in writer.cc
(causing old auto_ptr's not to be freed properly or similar which then
causes breakage after a few have built up). This is probably my fault;
the fix is just:

I have evolution-2.6.2-3 and avolution-exchange-2.6.2-3 installed in my etch distrib and I still get this problem.
Evolution keeps searching public folders, exchange account stays on "Loading...", and the whole thing is unusable.
