out how it counts weeks. Comments in usr.bin/ncal/calendar.c suggest

Just did a quick test by packing 0.33 upstream version into .deb
package works fine and installing it solves the problem.

I can confirm that after applying the patch it works again. I don't know if
the poster notified the upstream but it still looks like not fixed in git.
